#HereWeBuild! A few members of the Broward Team spent the day in Downtown Sacramento attending the SRBX | CIEF Women in Construction Conference, with not only women but ALSO men, to have empowering discussions on women in the industry and our workforce as a whole. The day was filled with panel discussions covering topics like DEI, Mental Health, Owning Your “supHERpower”, and of course… Networking! The Broward Team was even able to meet up with industry friends at Clark Sullivan Construction for a photo op.
