Project Description
This design-build project, delivered through a joint venture with Clark/Sullivan, included construction of a 17,377-square-foot replacement facility designed to house 32 youths in single and double rooms across separate housing units. The single-story facility includes medical exam rooms, food warming service, program space, visitation areas, administrative support, storage, laundry service, secure parking, recreation yards, and public parking.
Self-performed work included earthwork, site utilities, concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall.
