This project consists of the new construction of a 49,037 square foot, 268 bed, County Detention Facility. A few key project features include:

• 268 beds divided into four housing units and one mental health unit 
• A vehicle sallyport 
• Multiple program spaces
• Non-contact visitation and various inmate and staff support spaces
• Outdoor recreation area with a full size basketball court and exterior inmate toilet area

Self-performed work included earthwork, site utilities, concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, metal stud framing and drywall.
