New construction of a 74,000 square foot, 117-bed acute care Psychiatric Hospital specializing in psychiatric and dual diagnosis care and treatment, consisting of inpatient and outpatient services. The project was permitted and completed under the jurisdiction of the California Office of State-wide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) as a category OSHPD 1 facility.
The 74,000 square foot building features:
• 66 patient rooms
• 350 sf pharmacy and 5,000 sf administrative wing
• State-of-the-art Electroconvulsive Therapy Department
• Full Kitchen and Dining Room
Self-performed work included earthwork, onsite and offsite utilities, structural and architectural concrete, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, metal-stud framing, and drywall.
