The Broward team constructed this masonry and
metal-stud framed facility with great pride! The scope of work included substantial earthwork, concrete foundations and floor slab, interior wall stud framing and gypsum drywall, insulation, interior wall and floor finishes, extension of water line and related plumbing, mechanical equipment, exhaust fans and new electrical system and related electrical power distribution and lighting.
Self-performed work included earthwork, site utilities, concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, metal stud framing and drywall.
