New construction of 12,182sf and the remodel of 29,113sf, consisting of 5 different projects within this one.
Central Health Services Renovation (4,944sf) / Primary Care Clinic Renovation (19,671sf – 16,071sf renovation / 3,600sf new construction) / New ASU Primary Care / Mental Health Clinic (6,111sf) / New Pharmacy & Lab Building (2,471sf) / Health Care Administration Renovation (8,098sf).
This was the first HCFIP project built for the CDCR and was considered to be the “tip of the spear”, as Mule Creek was one the largest facilities to be renovated and
constructed.
Self-performed work included earthwork, site utilities, and concrete work. Design-Bid-Build.
