Project Description
Construction of a new office, rehabilitation of the existing water and wastewater systems, and installation of a fire suppression system including a water tank and pumphouse. Other improvements include replacement of the perimeter fence, pavement of additional parking spaces, and electrical upgrades.
Self-performed work included earthwork, site utilities, concrete work, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, metal stud framing and drywall.
