Project Description
Broward successfully completed this 2,000 square foot tenant improvement project for the California Museum in 2023. Work included:
- Demolition of existing exhibits
- Construction of new non-bearing, non-rated walls and structural support of a new ceiling grid to facilitate locations of new exhibits
- Modifications to existing electrical and power systems
