Our team was thrilled to attend Mutual Housing Building Up 2024 in Sacramento, CA.
This was no ordinary event—it was a crucial occasion for raising funds to develop new Mutual Housing communities, which are essential for providing affordable, quality housing in the Sacramento region.
Our involvement is particularly meaningful given our recent completion of the Mutual Housing on the Boulevard project, which added 127 new units to Sacramento’s affordable housing stock at the end of 2023.
At the event, we had the privilege of hearing from Sacramento County Supervisor Patrick Kennedy and other key regional influencers in the affordable housing space. Their insights and passion for the cause reinforced our commitment to community development and inspired us to continue supporting initiatives that create lasting positive change.
We’re proud to be part of this transformative journey and look forward to contributing to more impactful projects in the future.
