American River College Culinary Arts Building

This 22,794 sq. ft. building includes new kitchen labs, a restaurant and a retail bakery to provide high-tech spaces that reflect the professional work enviornment. These spaces are interconnected and transparent to foster instructor-student-visitor interaction that directly enhances the learning experience. The scope of the project added 13,600 sq. ft. to the culinary arts building, and an addtional 6,000 sq. ft. of existing space was modernized. In addtional to the restaurant and retail bakery spaces, the new building consists of lecture, lab, office storage, and addtional space to accomodate growth in the program.
